Answer:
Absolutely! Although you'll need to keep several things in mind. First, you will need some sort of pre-amp/tone shaping device between your guitar and the amp. A common solution would be something like a Line6 Pod product. In addition to distortion and the usual time based effects this will also give you cab simulators that will help it sound more like a guitar amp. Having said that, you probably won't want to use it for much more than a practice amp unless your running your guitar directly to the main PA, in which case you would be using it as a monitor only. And I'm guessing you would in no way be happy with it trying to run both guitar and drums through it at the same time with any volume beyond a quiet practice, although it could be done using both the left and tight inputs.
