What do I need to add for a Gretsch Catalina Club Rock Drum Set?
I have a GRETSCH Catalina Club Rock Drum Set and im wondering what i should buy like another floor tom or a mounted tom. what kind of hardware and such. I am a complete novice and don't know too much about these things.

do you already have a full kit? youre probably best off starting with a 5 piece kit (3 toms, 1 snare and 1 bass). if you have the 5 pieces already, id start with something else. how are you on cymbals? its best to start with a crash, a ride, and a hihat. other options are adding a 2nd crash, or some effects cymbals like a splash or a china. how are you on hardware? you could get a double bass drum pedal, or just upgrade the one you have currently. same with the hihat stand. or, you could invest in a rack mounting system. they run around 300$ and up for a complete rack setup. you could probably find all of this stuff used on craigslist for far cheaper than brand new in store prices.
