Christmas exploitation films like Silent Night Deadly Night and Christmas Evil all tell the tale of a deranged killer in a Santa suit, and while Black Santas Revenge is an exploitation film it is a bit different than you might expect.

Ken Foree plays Black Santa, a Santa at a community center who promises toys to less fortunate kids. When a gang steals the toys and knocks Black Santa out, things really start to get interesting. When a trip to the police proves useless a trip to the strip club reunites Black Santa with one of the robbers who he follows back to their hideout. The climax is definitely not to be missed with hilarious one liners and violence to spare.

For a movie that is only 20 minutes long it is jam packed with gore, nudity and some of the best lines Ken Foree has ever delivers. Of course they are swearing filled and sure to be quoted for years to come.

Despite the short running time David Walker has made a very professional and interesting film. The shots are all well planned and the gore, while not used often, is also done well. The gunshot wounds are ridiculously blood and the film has one of the best shotgun holes since Cannibal Apocalypse.

This is a film that reminds you that Ken Foree is one of the best actors around in horror right now. Every movie he is in he tends to steal the show. His part in the remake of Halloween was one of the best parts. What really makes the film work is the performance he puts in. While some actors might have given a half assed performance, Ken gives a commanding and hilarious performance. There is a reason why Ken Foree has a legion of fans and this film is further proof as to why.

If you are a fan of Christmas exploitation films, this is a must see film. If a sequel is made I hope that they stretch the running time as David Walker has the chops to make a slick, hilarious and bloody feature length film. Giving Ken Foree more time to kick ass is never a bad thing!
